Professional Background

About Ms. Justyna
Justyna Ponulak, MA, specializes in violin performance as well as brings her proficiency in piano to her teaching repertoire. As an experienced educator, she imparts her passion and expertise in both violin and piano, enriching her students' musical journey with a blend of skill and inspiration.
Her Master's Thesis and ongoing work toward a Ph.D. in Music Psychology laid the groundwork for the 'Grow In Flow Performance' program. This program helps musicians understand the science behind performance anxiety and enables students to reach their full potential.

In her studio, Mrs. Justyna focuses on long-term musical growth rooted in joy, curiosity, and a positive relationship with music. She works best with students and families who value steady development, confidence-building, and genuine engagement over pressure-based goals or competitive benchmarks.
Because of this approach, Mrs. Justyna is selective about the students she takes on. A strong student–teacher relationship and aligned expectations are essential for meaningful progress and a healthy learning environment.
Her goal is to help students grow as musicians while maintaining a sense of balance, motivation, and enjoyment in their musical journey.
